Derril Water Solar Farm

Derril Water Solar Farm is a 17 MW solar PV project in England that secured a Contract for Difference in Allocation Round 6. REPD lists the operator as Renewable Energy System Limited. Its strike price is £50.07/MWh in 2012 prices; 124 of the 377 solar PV contracts have a lower strike, and it is £5.37 below the technology average of £55.44. All 93 solar PV contracts awarded in AR6 share this strike price, as allocation rounds clear at a single price per technology and delivery year. The plant is recorded as operational from 10 September 2025, but no CfD settlement has been published yet, so it may currently be selling its output at market prices rather than under the contract.
